A Rose in complement...
Oct. 19th, 2014 01:53 pmI bought a bouquet of roses at the supermarket that had these beautiful touches of red and green to them. The more I looked at them, the more I wanted to paint them. I thought they would make a wonderful example, since I had been working on using complementary colors to teach in class.
Fall painting...
Oct. 10th, 2014 04:49 pmStarted a new series of my watercolor classes and we worked on fall leaves while exploring the mixing of color. This is a demo piece and I hope to post some of the student's working later.
