Abbott's Grill
Sep. 29th, 2010 12:03 pmA lot of wonderful things have happened to us since we moved to Delaware. One being that it has brought huge rejuvenation and inspiration to my artwork. Before I moved I think I was experiencing a block and a low point. Finding The Mispillion Art League here has changed all that by providing a wonderful group of people who encourage and promote even a smallest amount of talent.
That said, I just got invited to hang four of my paintings at a local restaurant called the Abbott's Grill. It is one of my favorite places to eat, since they have wonderful chefs, who use fresh ingredients and local products like Bison. This month the theme is Late Blooms. One of people at the MAL suggested me, since I do a lot of florals, so it was another opportunity to show my work in a different venue. We hung the show yesterday and it looks wonderful. These are the four in the show. I hope to get pictures at the restaurant, and if I do I will put here later.
